LeMay, who lives in Virginia Beach, was featured in a video posted on Instagram by health brand evry.day club (@evrydayclub) of her riding a recumbent stationary bike at the gym.

The centenarian was about to finish three miles on her bike after 30 minutes when she was asked what she does to stay fit and “look so good” for her age.
