CEO says quitting coffee boosted her energy levels and productivity

Cutting coffee from a morning routine is a foreign concept for most caffeine enthusiasts in this country.

But one CEO claims that Stop coffee It had the opposite effect from what she had hoped for.

Nadya Movchan, CEO of London-based communications company Movchan Agency, told Fox News Digital that she feels more energetic than ever since kicking her coffee habit.

“I woke up and realized that I had more energy than ever,” she said. “There’s no brain fog or fatigue No headaches. It was really amazing. ”

Movchan realized that he doesn’t have a crash moment while drinking coffee, but maintains the same energy level throughout the day.

“After removing that caffeine in the morning, I realized I had a stable energy level,” she said. “You don’t need caffeine.”

Her workplace productivity has also “surged,” the CEO said.

Movchan also noticed some unexpected results after quitting coffee – including healthier ones, Non-dry skin.

“My hands are just very dry, especially in the winter,” she said. “I had to put a lot of cream on them, and my lips – I’ll never go outside [lip balm]. ”

Healthy coffee perks

In a recent article published by the American Medical Association (AMA), experts and members of the AMA discussed the effects of caffeine on the body as part of the “Doctors Knowing Patients” series.

Experts warned coffee drinkers to pay attention to their consumption levels, noting that the FDA considers caffeine less than 400 mg a day to be safe.

“Of course, if you’re feeling uneasy, it’s too much caffeine,” said Dr. Nicole Clark, a neurologist at St. Peter’s Health Medical Group in Helena, Montana.

“But generally, coffee has 100-200 milligrams of caffeine, so about 8 ounces of coffee should be at its limit.”

Experts say caffeine can have perks at a health level as it “stimulates dopamine” and is useful for exercise, durability, and depression.

Dr. Shannon Kilgore, a neurologist in the Veterans Health System at Palo Alto, California and Stanford University School of Medicine, said that when caffeine is considered medical, less is best.

So, “from 20 to 100 milligrams at a time, as opposed to a standard American coffee mug,” she said.

“If caffeine is considered a drug, the small portion is best.”

“Then, once you start to feel your mental performance is delayed, take it a little more – until 2pm.”

New York City-based certified Holistic Nutritionist Robin DeCicco encouraged coffee drinkers to test their dependence on drinks by slowly reducing their intake for a while, she said on Fox News Digital I spoke.
