Dad uses diet plan to lose nearly 200 pounds for son’s graduation

A Maine father was lost after regretting thinking about taking a photo at his son’s graduation 180 lbs – And he says, as reported by SWNS, his new diet will save him $2,000 a month on groceries.

48-year-old Justin Dudley turned the scale upside down with 343 pounds and a size of xxxxl after loading with years of carbs.

A confessional “fast food addiction” says he spent between $1,600 and $2,400 a month on ice cream, chips and candies.

The man buys a sweet treat for one child, but not for the other two: “See for trouble.”

In April 2024, Dudley decided that it was sufficient. Ethan, the only son of a single father, was set up Graduate School According to the SWNS report, that spring.

“I always hated having my photos taken and if I had to be in a group photo, I would have always tended to hang it in the background,” said his father, who works in information technology. “But I wanted to be proud of his special day in my son.”

Dudley has become stricter Meal plan According to Johns Hopkins, it includes extreme calorie counts and intermittent fasting.

Since his son’s graduation, Dudley has lost 180 pounds.

Dudley’s diet included drinking only tea and coffee all day long, and having a big meal at dinner. The dinner itself was 1,200 calories. That’s the total amount he planned to eat every day.

According to American dietary guidelines, the recommended daily intake for adult men is 2,000 to 3,000 calories.

Canadian nephrologist Dr. Jason Fan is known to be an expert on Intermittent fasting. When asked about this method of losing weight, he agreed that it has many benefits.

“The advantage of this schedule is that by eating the same thing at the same time, he makes his routine a habit because he knows exactly what his body expects,” he told Fox News Digital.

“Ethan told me how proud he was of me, but I was still conscious of my weight,” he said. “When I got my photos I still felt embarrassed. I knew there was still a lot to do.”

Since his son’s graduation, Dudley has lost more weight and has washed up a total of 180 pounds.

“I look back at the old photos and can’t believe how far I’ve come,” he said.

Dudley’s new meal plan also saved him money. According to SWNS, he spends around $300 a month on food compared to things that are above that amount before.

“I save thousands of months that were spent on junk that put me in my early grave,” he said.

“I save thousands of times a month that would have been spent on the junk that had put me in my early grave.”

Now his father is looking forward to traveling – something he says he couldn’t do before – and lives a life he is proud of.

“My tip for intermittent fasting is that it’s never easy and especially fun. In habit What you can follow is a huge step towards maintaining profits,” he said.
