The recall relates to male multivitamins manufactured by Utah-based company MTN OPS LLC. The recalled multi-V-men multivitamins come in 60 capsule bottles, affecting a total of 7,546 bottles.
According to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) website, the tablets were recalled because of “undeclared soy flour.”
The FDA listed the recall as Class II on April 9th. This is related to “where the probability of serious adverse effects that can cause temporary or medically reversible adverse health effects or are far away.”

The recalled vitamins have an expiration date of March 2026 and lot number is #012324177. The recall does not contain any other batches of vitamins.
Multivitamins contain essential vitamins such as calcium, zinc and vitamin C, as well as vitamin B-12, vitamin D and thiamine.

According to the company’s website, the pill is intended to support men’s “daily health” and “immune health.”
“Men need certain nutrients to maintain optimal health,” the product page explains. “Men’s MultiV is a daily multivitamin with essential vitamins and minerals, and is necessary to maintain a strong, healthy and energetic lifestyle.”
