Sons Antonio and Costa Fantis share how symptoms of their father’s brain tumor manifested like a phantom smell.

He was inoperable, with a “healthy and healthy” man being diagnosed with a catastrophic diagnosis. Brain tumor – And his only symptom was that he randomly smelled the “sweet caramel.”

His father had a hard time Epilepsy Antonio explains as a child, “We told him to do a scan and said it was probably related to epilepsy. He was a really healthy, healthy man so he didn’t think about anything at all.”

Antonio told the outlet that his father had received chemotherapy and radiation for the tumor, but now that he has not changed his glioblastoma treatment, his father has shared that he has received chemotherapy and radiation.

“It’s extremely scary to be diagnosed,” Antonio says she shares his family.
