Tiburon, California, city officials have moved to ban all tobacco sales.
On Wednesday, the town council unanimously passed an ordinance banning the sale of cigarettes, cigars, vapes, e-cigarettes and all other products. nicotine products.
Tiburon Mayor Holly Teer told Fox News Digital in a statement that she was “delighted to be a sponsor” and “voted to save lives and protect the environment.”

“Rather than a complete ban on product categories, reasonable regulationthe letter continued, sending the message that small and medium-sized businesses may face unexpected restrictions and create uncertainty that hinders entrepreneurship and investment in Tiburon.”
