“Hey, we finally broke it. We finally broke this,” Swift joked, while someone from her tech staff quickly helped solve the problem with the Eras equipment.
The star struggled to get the top of her car up, but once she did, she erupted in joy: “I did it!” she shouted, before smiling and returning to “Getaway Car,” resuming the song with the opening lyric: “No, nothing happens in a getaway car.”
