SNK takes to the stage Evo 2024 Today, we’re hosting a special King of Fighters and Garou panels for tournament attendees. Like the other panels today, this presentation was streamed live to an audience at home.
During the panel discussion, SNK said, The true identity of the recent silhouette Regarding the upcoming special DLC for King of Fighters 15. As many predicted, it will add Vice and Mature as playable characters.
It was originally expected that the two fighters would occupy one character slot and function as a duo fighter, but Vice and Mature are separate characters.
SNK has announced that Vice and Mature will be coming to King of Fighters 15 in December, with the releases being simultaneous.
SNK has announced that with the addition of Vice and Mature, the Eight Heads of Orochi will officially be coming to King of Fighters 15. These two DLC characters, along with Iori, also complete the staple Team Yagami lineup.
Unfortunately, no trailers or gameplay for Mature and Vice were shown during the panel, but the team at SNK did release some slides showing what these will look like in KOF15.
The developer said they chose Vice and Mature’s classic looks as the default for KOF15 because they’re so iconic, and in the concept art provided, Vice and Mature are seen wearing matching gowns, with both sporting classic hairstyles.
Mature debuted in King of Fighters ’94, while Vice debuted in King of Fighters ’95. Both fighters served as secretaries to Rugal Bernstein before joining Team Yagami in King of Fighters ’96.
Most recently, both Mature and Vice appeared as playable characters at the launch of King of Fighters 14 .
