A renowned doctor has warned about three common coffee drinking mistakes that are said to be damaging to health, including the type of roast you should use.
A leading doctor has warned that we’re all making a huge mistake when it comes to our morning coffee – and it could be wreaking havoc on our health.
Dr. Saurabh Sethi, a Harvard-educated gastroenterologist with 358.9K followers on TikTok, is a fan of sharing his medical knowledge online, and now he’s sharing his key thoughts on why drinking coffee is good for your health — as long as you follow his advice.
Previously, he shared the shocking story of a teenager who tragically died after eating just one tortilla chip smothered in a hot sauce, and now, in a recent video that’s garnered more than 48,100 views and 1,000 likes, he looks at the three ways we’re getting our coffee wrong.
“Coffee is great for your brain, your gut and your liver,” the 42-year-old doctor begins, explaining that the polyphenols in coffee increase good bacteria and improve concentration and memory.
