Justin Timberlake He may have the trump card to get his DUI case dismissed … and it’s the woman who took his car keys after his arrest … according to information obtained by TMZ.

After being pulled over, he failed multiple field sobriety tests, smelled of alcohol, refused to blow into a breathalyzer and claimed he had only had one martini, officers said.
A source with knowledge of the situation told TMZ that the car Justin was following returned to the area where the singer had been pulled over, with a woman and her husband in the car, and the woman got out, approached one of the officers and began questioning him: “Are you going to arrest Justin Timberlake?”
She then offered to drive Justin to his home where he was planning to spend the night – meaning if he let her go, she and her husband would get him home safely. This strategy didn’t work, and Justin was arrested.
Now, here’s the twist: Our source says the woman asked the officer if she could drive Justin’s rental car home since he was going to jail. The officer agreed, and she got in Justin’s car and drove off.
The woman arrived at the American Hotel two hours before Justin and had reportedly been drinking… and it was clear she had been drinking, but the two officers on the scene let her get behind the wheel and drive away.

According to Justin’s lawyer, Edward Burke Jr. – Who They’re trying to get the lawsuit dismissed. –You’ll argue that the two young officers used such poor judgment that they let someone who was obviously drinking get away right in front of them. How could they properly assess him if they couldn’t properly assess her?
