iHeartMedia Pittsburgh announced today that Rob King, a member of the Steelers Audio Network pre-game and post-game broadcast team since 2014, has been named play-by-play announcer for the team’s game audio broadcasts. King, a nearly 25-year veteran of Pittsburgh sports media, succeeds Bill Hillgrove, who retired earlier this year after serving in the role for the past 30 seasons.
