Dudley’s new meal plan also saved him money. According to SWNS, he spends around $300 a month on food compared to things that are above that amount before.
“I save thousands of months that were spent on junk that put me in my early grave,” he said.

Now his father is looking forward to traveling – something he says he couldn’t do before – and lives a life he is proud of.
