US health agencies target threats to Americans that are readily available nationwide.

7-hydroxymitraaginine, also known as 7-OH, is a kratom with concentrations, a commonly used plant-derived substance. Pain relief And as a stimulant.

Kratom comes from the leaf leaf (Mitragyna speciosa) found in Southeast Asia such as Malaysia and Thailand.
