To get started, Download the app You can download it for free from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Then log in with your TRICARE Express Scripts username and password. If you don’t have an account, register For one thing.
Once you are logged in, you can:
- I order medication. See all your prescriptions in one place. To fill a prescription, TRICARE Pharmacy DeliveryPrescriptions ordered through home delivery will be delivered directly to your home. Delivery can also be set up to a temporary address during deployment, relocation, or leave of absence. TRICARE Pharmacy Home Delivery delivers to any address in the United States or U.S. Territories, including APO/FPO addresses. - Track your delivery orders. You will receive real-time updates as Express Scripts processes, dispatches, and delivers your order. To check the status of your order online, log into your account. Go to “Prescriptions” and then “Order History.” Check “Recent Order Status” to track your order.
- I’d like a refill. Review and approve prescriptions that are ready to be refilled through TRICARE Pharmacy Home Delivery.
- Set dosage reminders. Automatic reminders keep you on track when it’s time to take your medication, helping you stick to your routine and avoid forgetting to take your dose.
- Please make payment. You can easily pay for your prescriptions online or set up auto-pay for your home delivery orders.
