In the story trailer FunkoThe first home video game console,Funko Fusion” introduces the brand’s signature Freddy Funko to his evil copycat Eddie Funko, the supervillain of the title.
Freddy’s “deeply twisted and incredibly powerful shapeshifting sidekick” is voiced by “Invincible” star Clancy Brown, and promises Freddy and characters from “Shaun of the Dead,” “Five Nights at Freddy’s,” “The Umbrella Academy” and other NBCUniversal franchises sprinkled throughout the game: “Your world will fall apart. Your people will suffer. And I will have infinite power!”
According to Funko’s description of the AAA game: 10:10 The game states, “Dreaming of total domination, Eddie wields dark powers to manipulate the inhabitants of the pop-culture inspired world of Funko Fusion, creating an army of corrupted characters inspired by franchises such as ‘Jurassic World,’ ‘Back to the Future,’ ‘The Thing,’ and ‘Chucky.’ As players strive to fight back, they will assemble their own team of playable heroes, each with their own unique tools to use in both combat and puzzle solving.”
The game will launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam on September 13th (it’s available to pre-order now on these platforms), and on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 on November 15th.

The trailer for “Funko Fusion” was shown to the audience at a video game panel in San Diego. Comic-Con On Friday, 10:10 Games, Funko and Universal Products and Experiences were promoting the game.
Comic-Con panelists for “Funko Fusion” included 10:10 Games CEO and founder John Burton, co-founder and head of publishing Arthur Parsons, Funko’s VP of licensing and business development Jason Bischoff, Ian Cooper, creative director at Monkeypaw Productions and Jordan Peele’s producing partner, and voice actor Kelen Gough, who reprises his role as Freddy Fazbear from “Five Nights at Freddy’s” for Funko Fusion.
“I’ve been fortunate to play many different versions of the bear over the last eight years, but my interpretation of the original Freddy Fazbear has never seen the light of day until now,” Gough said. variety“I’m incredibly excited and grateful to Funko Fusion for finally giving me the opportunity to voice Freddy Fazbear.”
He added, “There are so many reasons why I’m excited to voice Freddy Fazbear in Funko Fusion!
