Galaxy Buds 3 Pro issues cause Samsung to suspend pre-orders in South Korea
Some early recipients of the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro have reported on social media that the earbuds have quality control issues. For example, some units seem to have uneven gaps and some have issues with the finish. Some units have the blade lights (LED light strips) glowing on different sides. Some units have silicone ear tips that break when removing them from the housing.
Considering these issues, Samsung Listed on the website The company said it was looking into improving its quality control and had suspended pre-orders for its earphones in Korea, but a company representative said the launch of the earphones has not been delayed. The new earphones are scheduled to be released on July 24.

Samsung said it would do its best to thoroughly inspect all processes before officially launching the earphones in South Korea to prevent a similar incident from happening again.
The Galaxy Buds 3 Pro are still available to pre-order in India, the US and other markets, but the US ship date has been moved to August 28. Some readers in the UK have received emails from Samsung informing them that they should expect delays in shipping their pre-orders.
