I love Google Docs.. Whether you’re on your smartphone or computer, you can create documents on the go and quickly make changes to existing documents. All you need is a browser and keyboard. But for some reason, especially when compared to Microsoft Word, I’ve always felt that the documentation is a bit lacking, especially when it comes to non-core features. But from today, Google Docs Keeping up with competitors In one meaningful way: Watermark.

Currently a user of Google Docs You will be able to watermark the document, In both image and text formats. In addition, if you upload one Word document, it will be retained as well. The same is true when exporting a file from a document to a local format. To insert a watermark in your document, go to the top bar and[挿入]Click to[透かし]Scroll down until you see the options. This feature is not available in the mobile version of the app. If you want to add it, you need to access your desktop browser.

Watermarks are repeated on every page to show the reader the status of the document. If it’s not the final draft that you have to show to someone to make changes, or if it’s sensitive, you’ll need to add a watermark. To clarify that, we say “draft” or “confidential”. You can also add a watermark on the image. For some reason, you may need to embroider your company logo on the entire document.

This feature is rolled out today and can take up to 15 days to appear as available.
