“She is concerned knowing her children cannot come because she is hiding them and the necessary passport documents from Claire,” Garossino continued, using Grimes’ first name.

Garossino said the situation was urgent because his mother is 93 and in end-of-life palliative care. Saturday would have been her birthday.
“I am writing to express my grandmother’s wishes and ask that you honour the agreement, return the children and provide the necessary documentation so we can see my great-grandmother before she passes away,” she wrote.
