“Water, water, water,” she said. “I drink water all day. Sometimes I keep it next to my bed and drink it all night.”
“My mom swears by it. She walks miles every day and drinks tons of water, and she literally looks older in reverse,” the singer added. “We’re like Benjamin Buttons. We’re going to meet in the middle and we look the same age right here. She’s incredibly beautiful.”

In addition to focusing on hydration, Decker continues to follow many of her mother’s habits, including her diet.really healthy. ”
“We cook everything at home, which means we don’t go out much,” she said. “Everything I make is made from scratch at home. I really think that’s always the best policy when you know what you’re putting in your body.”

“You know, Vivi is a gymnast — She goes to the gym five days a week… and little Eric is always playing sports,” she told FOX News Digital.

Staying active is something the whole family does together, especially when traveling.
“We did it training together as a family, [and] “We stay active together. On vacation we go cycling together, play soccer games outside, and throw a ball around on the beach,” the singer said.

“We love pickleball. It’s probably something we all do every day,” Decker said. “We have a pickleball court in our backyard, and when we go on vacation, my husband says, ‘Is there a pickleball court in a place like this?'”
