Kate Middleton Received a standing ovation A lip reader revealed her sweet response at the Wimbledon tennis championships on Sunday.

Lip reader Jeremy Freeman analysed the moment Kate Middleton sat down next to her daughter as Centre Court erupted in applause and cheers.

Middleton asked Charlotte to come over and the two sat down. He told The Sun.

She then thanked the women who had accompanied them in the royal box, turned to the crowd and waved vigorously.

The princess then said “hello” to other audience members, before turning to the woman next to her and describing the audience’s reaction to her appearance as “lovely.”

After Spain’s Carlos Alcaraz beat Novak Djokovic in straight sets, the Duchess of Cambridge presented the trophies to the defending champion and runner-up.

She shook hands with both athletes and presented them with their hard-earned awards.

The future Queen, who is a patron of the British Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club and a keen tennis fan herself, makes an effort to attend the tournament every year and can often be seen watching matches from the Royal Box on Centre Court.

Middleton has previously attended the men’s and women’s finals and presented trophies to the winners and runners-up.

As Queen Elizabeth showed her support for the annual championship, her husband, Prince William, traveled to Berlin, Germany to cheer on the England men’s soccer team as they faced Spain in the 2024 UEFA Europa League Final.

Prince Charles, 42, who serves as chairman of the Football Association, England’s governing body for soccer, has also brought Prince George along to watch sporting events.
