Mosquito-born dengue fever cases surge at popular US vacation destination

Dengue virus cases continue to rise rapidly In Hawaiithe state has recently reported its 12th case so far this year.

“People who live in areas with mosquito populations should try to wear long sleeved shirts and long pants to prevent exposed skin bites, especially at dusk and evenings, and in the evenings when mosquitoes are most active.”
