Like Holbert, the 22-year-old Baumeister is a potential second-round draft pick in 2023 and can throw a fastball in the mid- to upper-90s. Though he’s struggled with control in High-A, Baumeister has posted a 3.06 ERA with 91 strikeouts in 70.2 innings across 18 starts.
