Rose McGowan reveals how emotional her late ‘Charmed’ co-star was Shannen Doherty’s Death That’s what it was for her.
“I can’t stop crying,” she replied to an Instagram comment on Sunday. “I can’t imagine a world without Shannen Doherty.”
The 50-year-old actress, who starred in the film “Jawbreaker,” further praised Doherty in a video showcasing a number of behind-the-scenes photos of the pair.
“Shannen Doherty had the heart of a lion. Passion for your work is often mistaken for trouble but Shannen was passionate,” McGowan captioned the post.
“I met her in the ’90s. [sic] And I was in awe. It was a wonderful gift to really get to know her later on. This woman fought to live.”

McGowan said, The infamous drama McGowan wrote about the interactions between Doherty and Alyssa Milano on the set of Charmed, and said that at the time, “dark forces” were trying to turn her and Doherty “to hate each other,” but that McGowan and Doherty chose “love and respect.”
“May the angels and God take her to their holy kingdom where she may forever remain healthy, young and wild,” McGowan concluded. “Rest in peace warrior. We will never forget you, dear sister.”
