There are new developments regarding the death of Slash’s stepdaughter, Lucy Blue Knight.
Knight’s autopsy has been completed and his body is being prepared for release, The Washington Post confirmed.
The cause of death has been postponed pending further testing, according to Los Angeles coroner’s records.
An investigator has been assigned to the case.

Knight had not posted to Instagram since January 4.
