Tekken 8 New posts are updated Evo 1.06 patchThe most significant element of the patch is the release of the game’s newest DLC characters. Lidia Sobieskawill appear in the new stage “Seaside Resort.”
But that’s not all this update is bringing – we’ve also got a whole new mode, some balance and bug fixes for some of our members, and updates to the Tekken Shop. Check out everything we have coming up:
This maintenance period is scheduled to run from approximately 2:30pm PST to approximately 9pm PST, during which time all online content will be unavailable.
Those who purchased the Year 1 Character Pass will have access to newbie Rydia as soon as the servers are back online, but anyone who hasn’t pre-purchased Rydia this way will have to wait until Thursday, July 25th to purchase her separately.

• The characteristics and behavior of certain moves for certain characters have been adjusted.
• Playable Characters Year 1 Pass owners will receive 72 hours early access. Playable Characters Year 1 Pass includes:
– Tekken 8 Deluxe Edition Upgrade Pack
– Tekken 8 Ultimate Edition
– Tekken 8 Deluxe Edition
• Added a new battle stage, “SEASIDE RESORT”
– A beachside resort themed battle stage will be added for free.
• Added new function “Photo Mode”
– New features will be added, such as free angle control, various functions, and filters, to capture more captivating battle moments.
• New items have been added to the TEKKEN SHOP
– New Battle Pass “TEKKEN Fight Pass -Round 2-“
– During the specified period, players can level up and earn various items by completing daily and weekly missions in online matches.
– In “ROUND 2,” missions will be added to make it easier for players who do not play online matches to level up.
– In “ROUND 2,” if you level up in “FREE,” you will be awarded 100 TEKKEN COINS.
– By earning “PREMIUM,” which allows you to obtain more items than “FREE,” and leveling up, you can earn up to “600 TEKKEN COIN” from “PREMIUM,” for a total of “700 TEKKEN COIN,” in addition to the “100 TEKKEN COIN” from “FREE.”
– The TEKKEN COINS you earn can be exchanged for various items at the TEKKEN SHOP.
• New costume packs will be available for each playable character: Celebrity Pack and Vacation Pack.

– 1 free avatar customization item
– “300 TEKKEN COINS” (In addition to the previously available “5500”, “3210”, “2120”, “1050”, and “500”, the “300” has been added.)
• Feature improvements and bug fixes
– Improved “TEKKEN BALL” so that you can practice TEKKEN BALL while waiting for online matching.
– Changed the ball return behavior when using an item technique in “TEKKEN BALL.”
– Improved “Special Style” to allow “Special Moves” and “Air Combos” to be executed from a crouching position.
– In “MY REPLAY & TIPS,” if you are able to control a character and the round timer is stopped by an action such as a rage art, the countdown timer will no longer count down.
– Various other improvements and bug fixes have been implemented.
• Applying the update data will have the following effects on each mode and function.
– “Downloaded Replays” and “My Replays and Hints”: Replay data from before the update will no longer be playable.
– “Online Replay”: Replay data before the update will be deleted.
– “Super Ghost Battle” and “Ghost Match”: Character actions and movement characteristics will reflect the state after the update.
