“On or about March 1, 2023, Cross-Defendant MADIX accessed Cross-Plaintiff SANDOVAL’s cell phone and, without SANDOVAL’s permission or consent, reviewed images, information, data, videos and/or communications, including but not limited to Facetime videos between LEVISS and SANDOVAL (“Data”),” states the comparative compensation and invasion of privacy complaint filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on July 16. “SANDOVAL has been informed and believes, and claims accordingly, that MADIX has made copies of the Data and distributed the Data to LEVISS and third parties without SANDOVAL’s permission or consent,” the eight-page document by attorneys at Geragos Law Group and Gourjian Law Group states.
It’s worth noting that Sandoval’s accusations against Maddix here are nearly identical to those Reavis makes against the two men in his own lawsuit.

In response to the lawsuit yesterday, Madix’s lawyers labelled him “the most hated man in America”. The New York Times Earlier this year, Sandoval accused his partner of nearly 10 years of emotional abuse.
“It is abhorrent that Tom Sandoval continues to torment Ms. Maddix,” Jordan Sussman told Deadline on Wednesday.
“From the extramarital affair that destroyed her home and stability, to the months of emotional conflict, and now his attempt to further evade personal responsibility for the impact his actions have had on her and her mental health,” the lawyer added. “Mr. Sandoval fully understands what privileges he and Ms. Madix shared regarding personal communications devices, which, if he or his mistress acted as they wished, would make it unlawful for anyone to know that their spouse or lover was cheating on them.”
“It speaks volumes that Sandoval has asked Madix for forgiveness, only to then blame herself for her mistakes,” Susan continues. Sandoval’s lawyers did not respond to requests for comment. Reavis’ legal team, led by Brian Friedman, had no comment at this time. This post will be updated if either party speaks out.
