‘Torn up bodies’: Israel intensifies bombing campaign in Gaza | Israel-Palestine conflict News

Israeli attacks have killed dozens of people, including a local journalist, bringing the Palestinian death toll in the besieged area to nearly 39,000.

Israeli forces continue relentless bombing raids Gaza The attacks hit the southern, central and northern parts of the territory.

The Palestinian Civil Defense said on Saturday it had recovered the bodies of 12 people killed in separate Israeli attacks on the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza, where Israeli forces bombed residential buildings in the area.

The Civil Defense also recorded the killing of six Palestinians in the nearby Bureij refugee camp, as well as 10 others in Gaza City and other parts of the northern part of the territory.

“We were sleeping safely in our homes, none of us were armed, and suddenly the missiles fell on us,” Abu Jasser’s cousin told Al Jazeera Arabic.

“It was a horrible sight with torn bodies strewn outside. What on earth could have happened to these little children to be killed like this?”


The Gaza Government Media Office said: Palestinian journalist Many people have been killed in Gaza since the war began.

Early on Saturday, Gaza’s Health Ministry said Israeli forces had killed 37 people in the past 24 hours, bringing the Palestinian death toll from the war to 38,919.

The Qassam Brigades, Hamas’ military wing, and allied militant groups claimed multiple attacks on Israeli forces on Thursday, including an ambush on a tank in Rafah.
