As we age, our brain naturally slows down the processing of information. Increased stress and increased cortisol levels can further hinder decision-making and memory retention. In an interview with HT Lifestyle, wellness coach and founder of his wife Yytalks, Ankita Kaul said:

Ankita Kaul shared five daily habits that can improve brain performance.

1. Practice daily mindfulness and reading:

Deep breathing, meditation, and reading books and articles can help reduce stress hormones, calm the nervous system, and improve your mental focus.

2. High quality sleep is a priority:

3. Move your body:

Normal physical activity increases blood flow to the brain and increases BDNF. A protein that increases learning, memory and brain plasticity.

4. Farm your brain correctly:

It incorporates brain-covering foods such as walnuts, berry, dark chocolate, lush greens and omega-3 rich seeds. What you eat directly affects how you think and feel.

5. accept:

We all visualize our lives in a certain way, and we don’t know that, but thinking about situations every day can’t hurt ourselves emotionally. We need to accept what life has given us and make the most of our resources.

“Be more conscious and take care of your heart. Because the smartest thing you can do for your brain is to start giving it to you every day what you really need.
