Richard Simmons He reportedly refused medical treatment after a fall in his bathroom the day before he was found dead.
According to TMZ:The fitness guru and TV star fell in the bathroom of his West Hollywood home after feeling dizzy on Friday night.
But when the housekeeper came to help, she told Simmons to go to a doctor.
He allegedly didn’t want to go to the doctor because it was his birthday, and told her he would consider going to the doctor on Saturday.
But at 10am on Saturday, a housekeeper found Ms Simmons dead on the floor next to her bed.
Police were called to the scene by the housekeeper, who was pronounced dead at the scene with no obvious signs of trauma.
The same day that she fell in the bathroom, Simmons posted a message to her fans. Facebook To celebrate his birthday.

After winning over a legion of fans with his infectious enthusiasm and positive attitude, Simmons stepped back from the spotlight in 2014.
Ms Simmons revealed she had been diagnosed with skin cancer in March in an emotional Facebook post after discovering a “strange swelling” under her right eye.
